**Office Manager (Full-Time)**

Ryan Jones Building Co. is a growing construction company known for high-quality work across residential projects. We’re now on the lookout for a proactive, organised, and reliable Office Manager to join our team as we take on new growth.

You’ll be the core of our office, supporting the director and wider team with everything from admin & office coordination to scheduling, supplier liaison, and project support. This is a fast-paced role with lots of autonomy. Perfect for someone who brings initiative, sharp organisational skills, and a get-it-done attitude.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing daily office operations and supporting site teams
- Handling invoicing, supplier follow-ups, and payment schedules
- Assisting with onboarding, inductions, and compliance
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients professionally and promptly
- Helping prepare handover manuals, tenders, and maintenance documents

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar office or admin management role
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Great communication skills — written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Someone who works well independently but also knows when to collaborate and communicate
- Construction industry knowledge is ideal, but not essential
