**About the company**:
A leading and unique supplier to the Victorian building and construction industry offering exceptional products and solutions for Architects, Builders, Designers, Developers and Plumbers. Our state-of-the-art showroom showcases the latest appliances and trends currently on offer. We provide a welcoming environment and assist is showcasing our products to trade clients. Join us and be an inaugural part of our beautifully curated show room located in Port Melbourne.

**About the role**:

- General maintenance and presentation of the Showroom
- Demonstrating an in-depth product knowledge of appliances
- Assisting in organising and hosting of events
- Lead presentation at Customer and Supplier group functions
- Coordination of appropriate Digital Media for display through the Digital Content Management System
- To maintain appropriate inventory, maximize store appearance and efficiency of sales floor operations
- Excellent in customer service at the highest level ensuring the customer experience is exceptional at every touch point,
- Goal orientated and love nothing more securing sales opportunities that align to the company sales targets and growth strategies
- A strategic thinker, contributing to customer service and sales initiatives
- Sales (including sales, quoting and quote follow up)
- Customer Development (Maintain strong account customer relationships both in-store and onsite, drive sales by supporting account customers with small & large projects)

**About you**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- 3+ years retail or showroom management, preferably in Appliances and Sanitary ware industry
- Confident and motivated attitude
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Holistic thinker
- Keen eye for design and creativity
- Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to "go the extra mile"
- Autonomous worker but also possess the ability to perform within a team
- Exceptional organisational and follow-up skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill
- Present a professional work ethic, and value integrity, honesty and commitment
- Demonstrated ability to track down sales, follow leads and close deals while attributing a high level of professionalism to our already strong customer service values that will be highly regarded
