**About The Opportunity**:
As the **Showroom Manager** of Vispring's first store in Australia, your mission is to oversee all aspects of sales operations, from setup to it's ongoing management and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Achieve sales targets through strategies tailored to luxury clientele.
- Leading by example, manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, that surpasses expectations.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Uphold Vispring's brand image through meticulous product and showroom presentation.
- Oversee all showroom operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks.
- Passion for luxury craftsmanship.
- Proven sales record with high-value items.
