
Showroom Manager

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead
our Melbourne Showroom. As the Manager, you will drive
sales, promote a high-performing and collaborative culture and
ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest of
standards. The role requires a self-motivated individual to grow
our market share and meet sales targetsTHE JOBPresent our range and services to clients and support them
investing in Cane-line furniture and associated services.
- Use your comprehensive product knowledge and qualifying
questions, to ensure the features and benefits of our range
and services are clearly and succinctly shared with
prospective clients.
- Establish and build a trade network and exceed retail client
expectations. Inspire clients and the design industry.
- Establish relationships with architects, interior designers &
key stakeholders. You will utilise your connections and skills
to grow the business and the brand.
- Maintain and upkeep a high level of visual merchandising &
housekeeping standards as you will be responsible for the
presentation of the showroom.
- Meet monthly targets to achieve bonus, and fostering a
collaborative team environment amongst your Melbourne
team - all working together towards the common goal of
providing a memorable client experience.
- Support, assist and work alongside the Commercial Sales
Manager.
- Coordinate quoting, order processing and all required
administrative responsibilities.ABOUT CANE-LINE

audited by SMETA.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years sales experience within the design
and high-end furniture industry is desirable.
- Passionate about interiors and design (a degree or
diploma in an interiors / design related course is
preferable).
- Visual merchandising skills and experience.
- Extensive sales skills, customer service focused and a
people person.
- Ability to work independently and well within a team
environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
including presenting in front of groups.
- Outstanding leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail, time management,
organisation and planning WE OFFER
