The Role

A full-time, permanent position, you will work within our client's product showroom in Epping or Cheltenham. Working closely with your colleagues, you will assist customers to find assistive products that support their recovery and independence.

Your day-to-day will be varied and depends on customer flow but is likely to consist of:

  • Answering customer product enquiries
  • Helping locate products within the showroom or in the online catalogue
  • Helping fit or assemble products
  • Answering phone calls
  • Completing paperwork to ensure accurate invoicing, delivery and customer reimbursement

About You

  • You have experience in face-to-face Customer Service, preferably in a retail setting
  • You are empathetic and a problem-solver and love helping people find great solutions
  • You are dedicated and reliable with a track record of punctual and consistent attendance
  • You are ambitious, strive to hit targets and want to develop your career
