**Responsibilities**:
As the Experience Optimisation Manager, you'll play a critical role in implementing a world-class conversion optimisation including supporting CRO platform implementation, doing an in-depth review of clients' analytics, putting together a CRO audit, building a testing plan, setting up and monitoring CRO tests. This means that you will have to:
- Engage with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their day to day CRO experience. Work closely with the Senior Manager, Account Director or CRO Specialist to ensure clients objectives are met
- Interpret and convey information in a clear, concise way. Provide all stakeholders with the information they need to move forward in a timely manner
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, case studies & knowledge share sessions as needed
- Develop, support and motivate Executives and Assistants. Plan their resources, brief and delegate them tasks to fit their level of experience. Manage their output, ensure their work is of a high standard. Find ways to meet their training needs
- Be aware of own strengths and developmental areas. Utilise individual strengths and manage weaknesses within the team
- Identify opportunities for A/B/MVT testing and help executives and assistants to develop those ideas
- Adhere to the unified product approach, methodology, marketing collateral and training (as set by the Head of CRO)
- Stay on top of industry research, competitive landscape information, trade intelligence, and educate the wider Resolution as relevant
- Evolve customers through their Personalisation maturity
- 4+ years Digital Marketing experience or 1+ year of CRO experience
- Proven experience working inside a Digital Agency with enterprise clients
- Previous experience working with a small team
- Skill to build and maintain stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written
- A natural aptitude for technology, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and troubleshoot them independently
- Drive to dig beneath the core information and understand the underlying data
**Great to have technical skills**:
- CRO platforms (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Test & Target)
- Click-tracking and heatmapping tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Mouseflow, etc.)
- Experience with analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Omniture)
- Proficient use of productivity tools (Office Suite, Meeting Tools)
- Optional: Some level of front-end knowledge (HTML, RegEx, JS) beneficial
