- Drive optimisation and performance uplift across Westpac’s websites, banking apps, and digital communication channels
**How will I help?**
As a **Digital Optimisation Manager**, you will play a key role in enhancing customer security education and optimising digital experiences across our platforms. This role focuses on collaborating with security stakeholders to develop, implement, and refine engaging educational content that empowers our customers to stay protected from evolving security threats.
Key responsibilities include:
- **Customer Security Education & GTM Strategy**:
- Work closely with security stakeholders to understand emerging threats, identify knowledge gaps, and translate complex technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for launching new security capabilities, ensuring innovative and impactful engagement.
- **Digital Strategy & Optimisation**:
- Collaborate with the **Digital Engagement Service Owner**and security education SMEs to formulate and drive digital sales and service strategies, aligning them with broader business goals.
- Support customer journey analysis using quantitative research and translate insights into tangible business opportunities.
- Use analytics tools such as **Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and SEO platforms**to measure and optimise conversion funnels from visits to completion.
- **Campaign & Initiative Management**:
- Plan, execute, and optimise security education campaigns, tracking key metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest security threats, best practices, and educational trends to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
- **Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration**:
- Effectively communicate security education initiatives to internal stakeholders and advocate for necessary resources and support.
- Collaborate with digital teams, security experts, and business units to ensure alignment of optimisation strategies.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**:
- Identify optimisation opportunities based on data insights and continuously refine digital experiences to improve customer experience, conversion, and digital sales.
- Support the achievement of service targets for the Westpac Group’s Consumer and Business portfolio, covering customer journeys across public sites and secure platforms.

**What do I need?**
- Proven experience in digital optimisation, digital marketing, or digital product management.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with an analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Experience driving the adoption of digital sales or service features, leveraging insights to optimise customer journeys.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and SEO platforms.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business opportunities.
- Understanding of digital security best practices and customer education strategies is a plus.
