Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Care Experience Optimiser. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the supporter care experience and driving growth in our ANZ supporter base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise the supporter care experience to deliver exceptional results.
  • Nurture and retain our supporter base through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Guide and mentor a team to provide outstanding supporter care, with a focus on growing the ANZ supporter base.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue, partnership, and campaign goals by leveraging your expertise and knowledge.
Requirements
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with supporters over the phone.
  • Experience in customer or supporter service environments, including supporter experience optimisation, is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to use initiative to identify and resolve issues.
  • A natural passion for animal welfare and alignment with our values are mandatory.
  • Raisers Edge NXT experience is highly desirable.
