**As an Account Manager at Squad Hospitality, you are responsible for managing your own Temp/Contract department within our Recruitment business**

Experience in recruitment would be a BIG plus, but experience working in hospitality and working with chefs and kitchen teams is an absolute must. If you have extensive experience in leadership roles in hospitality, but have been looking to transfer those skills into another environment then this could be your role

- You understand kitchens, chefs, hospitality industry as a whole **inside and out**:

- Your positive and optimistic attitude is infectious
- You have a real curiosity and like to get to the bottom of things
- More often than not you're described as competitive but you always have time for fun and teamwork
- You have a handle on socials, Macs, mainstream office programs and apps
- Your willingness to take on challenges and your agility in dynamic environments sets you apart from the rest
- **You find it easy to talk to anyone and everyone**:

- You have experience managing large rosters and large teams
- you have a good head for numbers and like working to targets.

**SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- Conducting reference checks and other administrative tasks
- Assisting with marketing activations and events
- Documenting meetings and assisting in meeting scheduling
- Assisting with team events and internal incentive programs
- Develop your sales skills to eventually bring on your own clients
- Market mapping and advertising
- Working toward daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly personal and team KPI's
- Have confidence talking to anyone and everyone, building industry connections, and building business.
