**_This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the growing Respect team across various marketing disciplines, with a focus on social media, graphic design, internal communications and general marketing support._**

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will provide broad marketing, communications and design support for Respect, to support the successful delivery of the organisation’s strategic goals.

**In this broad role you will undertake a wide range of tasks including**:

- Managing our social media presence with a particular focus on Facebook and LinkedIn
- Assisting with coordination and creation of various internal communications initiatives
- Creating content across social, web & internal communications initiatives
- Adding some graphic design flair across collateral, both in print and digital
- Providing administration and general support to Sales & Marketing Team
- Managing and updating customer databases
- Sharing results, insights, and recommendations on how to improve performance, systems and processes
- Ad-hoc support, marketing tasks and project work as required.

**What you can bring to the role**:
We’re after a general marketing all-rounder who loves to get involved with a wide variety of projects and has a reputation for getting things done Here are some other things that would be great too:

- Tertiary qualifications in business, communication, journalism, public relations and/or marketing (desirable, but not essential)
- Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
- Demonstrated experience with internal communications
- Graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
