We're looking for a versatile and creative digital marketer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a mix of skills across social media, paid ads, content, and SEO — someone who enjoys both the creative and the analytical sides of digital marketing.

What you'll do

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms, keeping on top of trends and crafting posts that connect.
  • Help in the setup of Ad Campaigns end-to-end (Meta, TikTok etc) – from setup and targeting to optimisation and reporting.
  • Support other paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to complement organic and social activity.
  • Contribute to SEO efforts, helping improve visibility through keyword research, on-page tweaks, and content optimisation.
  • Assist in basic CMS updates including landing page creation.
  • Build and share reports that turn data into clear insights.
  • Work closely with our design, development, and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.

About you

  • 2–4 years' experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to use them strategically.
  • A creative eye, confident using Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma or similar tools to make content pop.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for different audiences and platforms.
  • Comfortable with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation.
  • Confident using analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Manager.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle different projects at once.

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimisation, A/B testing, or conversion rate improvements.
  • Experience with basic cms updates (WordPress or similar).
  • Understanding of accessibility and UX best practices.
  • Experience in an agency or working across multiple clients.
