**The role**:
This is a Sales Manager opportunity where you will be managing and supporting an existing team of experienced and mature salespeople, monitoring performance to ensure the sales team are on target and being that motivation within the team as well as setting and toning the pace each day.

This is a pure management/sales coaching role where you will be working remotely so you must be someone who is able to manage a small team remotely of all ages and have proven experience successfully leading a team.

**Core duties**:

- Daily management & support of existing 3 sales team - CC, OCT, Retention
- Daily tracking & monitoring performance to ensure all sales team are on target
- Running all daily huddles, weekly meetings etc
- Tracking and reporting on sales pipelines in Hubspot
- Reporting sales results weekly, monthly as required
- Monthly reviews of all sales staff
- Performance management of any underperforming sales staff
- Recruitment and training of new sales team members
- Hubspot - ensuring sales data is correct, reporting is accurate, sales staff are engaged and correctly using HS at all times
- Monitoring and Managing Calendly sales diary daily
- Attending Team Leader meetings, working with other business units for company wide success
- Reviewing sales calls weekly/monthly, with written notes, prioritising where sales team can improve the most
- Communicating and drilling them on those things - setting up a tracking system for each Sales person on what they need to work on the most (EXCEL, one tab per sales member)
- Maintain the culture of the team
- Visible leaderboard
- Clear KPI's and bonuses
- Cut the bottom 10% quarterly
- Motivation - by setting the culture & setting a top example
