Due to continued successes, Netball SA have an exciting opportunity to join their team as the Memberships & Ticketing Coordinator, based in Mile End. This is a full-time, 12-month contract role that will require regular work outside of normal office hours, including weekends in accordance with Netball SA and Adelaide Thunderbirds programs.
**What you will be doing and will be responsible for**:
Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing, Communications and Events, this role is responsible for coordinating and delivering the membership and match day ticketing program for the Adelaide Thunderbirds. This role is also be responsible for engaging and growing the Club’s members and supporting members across events and match days.
**Key Responsibilities and Success Areas include**:
- Coordinate ticket inventory for Adelaide Thunderbirds games in conjunction with the ticketing agency
- Support membership campaigns.
- Assist with memberships events, recognition programs and activities.
- Coordinate a calendar of membership activities
- Attend Adelaide Thunderbirds home games.
- Process monthly membership payments
- Responding to enquiries from existing and prospective members
- Coordinate the packing and distribution of annual membership packs
- Assist with an annual review of the membership value proposition and processes
- Collate and manage match by match ticketing reports and add raw data to the membership database
- Assist with the match ticket reconciliations and budget reporting
- Plan and communicate venue seating information

To be successful in the role you will also demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar role or similar organisation
- Ticketing and Membership experience (desirable)
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Database Management experience
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Drivers License
