**Your new role**

The Customer Remediation (Valuations Remediation Program) relates to our customers being overcharged for Commercial and Rural valuations. This is due to the complexities and manual nature of the on-charging process performed by our Bankers for panel valuations. Examples, where customers have potentially been overcharged include:

- Incorrectly charging customers the value of GST.
- Incorrectly charging a Management Fee.
- Charging for Residential and Rural Lifestyle valuations, which are exempt when supporting consumer lending.

**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- File reviews on matching of fees charged for valuations.
- Proactively manage customer files and demonstrate the right behaviours when completing file reviews.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
- Available during business-critical operating hours 9am to 5pm.
- Skills required including great communication skills, comfortable with multiple tasks at one time and have a passion for investigation.
- Banking and Finance background is preferred but not essential.
- Self-motivated.
