**Your new role**:
In your new role as a Client Exits Associate, you will be working in a high-volume processing role to offboard clients’ accounts from the internal banking system whilst dealing with some products, services and funds related to the account. Your main responsibilities will include bit not be limited to:

- Managing incoming client exits / account offboarding cases through end-to-end process that falls through your workflow tool
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and some customers to manage the process of exiting customer’s account from the system
- Managing shared inbox, which includes reviewing and responding to escalation as appropriate
- Ensuring compliance with legislations, policies, procedures and guidelines for the purpose of risk management

This role is a 6-month temporary assignment with a view of extension. The hourly rate is $40.01 + super with full-time hours across Monday to Friday between 7 AM - 6 PM (8 hours per day, flexible). This role is based at 700 Bourke Street, working hybrid model which includes 2 to 3 days from office. 3 weeks of comprehensive training will be provided and you will be working from office during training period.

- Previous Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred
- Previous admin experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner and accountable
