**The Role**

As our Marketing Specialist, you will work directly with our founder to bring our brand vision to life. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing product launch strategies
- Managing social media to enhance brand presence
- Creating and overseeing targeted marketing campaigns
- Coordinating logistics to ensure timely and efficient launches
- Conducting market research for optimized strategies
- Overseeing content creation, including copywriting and multimedia production

**To secure the role, we are looking for**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the creative or film industry
- Proficiency in social media, content management, and CRM tools
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
