**The part-time role**

**Snooze South Yarra** is looking for a **Sales Consultant** to join our friendly team and help customers find their ideal sleep solution. Whether you're seasoned in retail or just love connecting with people, we’ll provide all the training you need.

**Prefer a bit more flexibility?** While this is a part-time role, we’re open to offering a **casual arrangement** for the right person who needs adaptable hours.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Helping customers find their dream bed by providing expert advice and tailored solutions
- Creating an exceptional in-store experience through engaging conversations and outstanding customer service
- Supporting daily store operations—merchandising bedrooms, handling stock (including occasional heavy lifting), using computer systems, and collaborating with your team

**What you’ll bring**
- A passion for customer service and willingness to learn
- The energy and fitness to walk the showroom floor and safely handle stock
- Retail experience in selling big-ticket items (preferred, but not essential)
- Availability across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
