Membership Sales Consultant

HOTWORX is Australia's first Infrared Fitness Studio offering 24/7 studio access to members with virtaully instructed 15min HIIT (Cycle & Row) + 30min Isomteric (Yoga, Pilates, Barre + more) Workouts in an Infrared Sauna

We are looking for a driven sales and marketing team to build and grow our South Yarra location with the potential to grow with HOTWORX Australia

Do you have a passion for health and fitness? Are you great at building relationships and tailoring to client’s needs, which potentially leads to new members? Are you confident communicating with members and guests both face-to-face and on social media?

We're on the search to find a confident, outgoing, and social Membership Sales Consultant to join our team

This role gives you the opportunity to connect with people, listen to their stories, retain their workout consistency whilst welcoming them into our safe space for ‘me’ time. You'll also get to form and maintain long-term relationships with corporate organisations and local businesses in the community.

HOTWORX South Yarra is Australia's First Infrared Fitness Studio. We specialise in More Workout Less Time with our members burning up to 600 calories with just a 15min HIIT session plus the one-hour afterburn.

We don't believe in hard selling or a scripted sales approach. Our philosophy is centred around selling what your passionate about which is the health and well-being of our members.

1. A self-motivated, driven sales professional who possesses exceptional relationship-building skills and above all demonstrates initiative in creating a client base.

2. Someone who wants to lead and help people stay consistent with their fitness journey and provide the right options to join our fitness studio. Along with constantly thinking of ways to generate new and most importantly maintain opportunities through corporate, local and member relationships.

3. Someone who seeks long-term employment with opportunity for growth and will treat the role as if it were their business.

As you'll be working autonomously from time to time, you will have an opportunity to really make your mark in this rapidly growing industry.

**Job-specific skills**:

- Proven track record in previous sales within a direct selling-based industry.
- Proven track record in building new corporate partnerships, joint ventures, and B2B relationships.
- An achievement-driven and focused approach.
- Impeccable planning and time management skills.
- Disciplined and productive with execution of strategies.
- The ability to identify and implement change for improvement.
- Fitness or client-based industry experience.
- Up to date First-Aid & CPR Certification.
- Social Media Marketing Knowledge and Experience (an asset but not required).
- New Business Development Experience (an asset but not required).
