The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Representing premium off-the-plan residential projects across Melbourne
  • Building and nurturing client relationships from enquiry through to settlement
  • Conducting sales presentations, open displays, and private inspections
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of each development and market trends
  • Managing databases and providing regular updates to clients and developers
  • Working closely with our project marketing, admin, and legal teams

About You

You are a confident communicator and skilled closer who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales – off-the-plan experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Consultant
  • A current Agent's Representative Certificate (REIV or equivalent)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • High level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • Motivation to succeed and a passion for property
  • Availability to work weekends and after-hours as required
