Are you a passionate, fun and creative Store Manager looking to work for a boutique known for its internationally recognized European fashion range? Here is your chance to showcase your skills within this beautiful boutique fashion store located in the heart of Toorak.

Our client sources the top end international fashion brands for the discerning woman wanting to look on trend and classically fashionable. With over 20 years in the fashion industry and boasting retail fashion success, here is your change to delight customers with your desire to make them feel good, look good and return for more retail therapy

The ultimate task of the Store Manager is to support the business owner in ensuring that the store embodies all aspects relating to the culture and philosophy of the brands it represents and to assist in driving the passion and motivation within the store to achieve and exceed sales and customer experience targets.

The Store Manager will be required to have exceptional presentation and customer service skills along with a proven sales career history within the retail fashion sector. As this is a vital role within the store, a range of responsibilities which include, but are not limited to are:
Drive, train and develop the customer service delivery standards and expectations within store in line with company values
- Achieve store targets and maximising sales growth
- Ensure you are familiar with all product ranges, sizing and fits
- Assist with planning budgets, rosters and boutique financial goals
- Assist with inventory control, visual merchandising and the replenishing of stock

- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Great team player
- Customer service focused with a desire to please.
- Experience within a niche client sector
