We are looking for a Showroom Sales Consultant to join our warm and friendly team in South Yarra Working as part of the National Sales Team you will have the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals to develop your sales skills and finesse your product knowledge.

**THE COMPANY**
With multiple showrooms in Victoria, Kustom Timber delivers end-to-end turnkey service - a company first for engineered timber flooring specialists in Australia. Treading the industry boards since 2013, we are involved in all facets of the supply, installation and preservation of responsibly sourced premium European Oak for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Interacting with clients and taking them through the showroom and product range
- Listening to the clients needs and building a customised end to end solution
- Building and sending customers quotes (Training Provided)
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Ensuring after sales communication and follow up
- Working with the team to ensure presentation standards in the showroom
- Working closely with other departments to ensure delivery of customer experience

**ABOUT YOU**
We are looking for a highly driven, self-disciplined professional to join our team. Having worked in a customer service role, you will have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. You will have excellent presentation, written communication and a professional phone manner. You will be confident greeting customers in the showroom and taking them through our products, as well as over the phone.

**SKILLS & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**
- Experience or a passion for the design and construction industry
- Worked in an customer service environment
- Excellent written communication
- Excellent presentation
- Organisational Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
