Rental First is a large property management company located in St Leonard’s. We are specialist to the profession that provides best in class property management and professional services to our landlords and tenants.

We require an experienced Property Manager to manage one of our growing residential property portfolios. Based at our offices in St Leonard’s, you will report to the Head of Property Management. All finance and administration is handled by our specialist support team so you can focus on the job managing our landlord’s properties and assisting our tenants.

Main duties

- Showing properties to prospective tenants.

- Processing applications and screening prospective tenants.

- Preparing Residential Tenancy Agreements.

- Conducting & Completing Condition Reports.

- Following up tenant arrears.

- Resolve and manage maintenance issues.

- Represent our Landlords at CTTT Hearings.

- New Business Development.

- Liaise with tenants and Landlords daily.

- Negotiate Rent Variations.

- Issue notices for Termination or Rental Increases.

- Undertake routine property inspections.

Ideally from a property background you should have a good working knowledge of Rest/Property Tree property management software or a similar system and hold a current Certificate of Registration. Good time management skills, the ability to prioritise your work-load, attention to detail and high standards of both written and verbal communication are required.
