**Company**

Based in Sydney CBD, our client is a highly respected private real estate investment company, with over 30 years’ experience. With a number of Assets across Australia, this role will be the face of one of their executive properties which is a unique, high-end serviced office space in the heart of the CBD

**Duties**

Taking care of the day-to-day operations of this property, specific tasks will include:

- Greeting guests and customers with warmth and addressing any queries
- Performing Reception / Concierge style tasks such as mail distribution, arranging transport and running errands
- Coordinating and serving corporate lunches and events
- Ensure the premises is immaculately presented and fully stocked at all times
- Manage the tenant portal and supporting the Marketing team with content and ideas

**Specific requirements**

This is a hands-on role in a small team environment, and the successful person will require a professional approach, the ability to work un-supervised, great organisational and time management skills and excellent attention to detail:

- Previous experience in hospitality
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sense of humour & professionalism with the ability to work with all kinds of stakeholders
