**Location**: Wetherill Park

**Salary**: $65,000 - $75,000 - Dependant on experience.

**The Opportunity**:
This is your chance at joining a leading provider of high-quality steel products and services to the construction, manufacturing, and engineering industries across Australia. We are currently looking for a passionate Internal Salesperson to join our team.

**About the Role**:
As an Internal Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing quotes and orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of products.

You will also provide technical product information and support customers with their daily requirements. You will be at the forefront of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls promptly in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Receive and process requests for quotes/tenders and process orders on behalf of customers efficiently and accurately.
- Provide technical information and support customers with their daily requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Negotiate and follow up on quotes daily.
- Promote the brand for cross-divisional opportunities.

**What you will bring to the table**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Sales experience or steel manufacturing skills looking for a sales career would be preferred.
- Desire to see business opportunities convert to sales.
- Proficient in using MS Office with solid computer skills.
- Attention to detail and strong ability to multitask.
- High focus on meeting deadlines.
