Otto Education Australia partners with Otto Migration Services, offering a complete support package for students—from migration advice to educational pathways.

We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven individual who can engage with the international student community, we are not in need of an average salesperson, but for someone who can really sell and work with social media. Italian language fluency is mandatory for this role.

As a Sales-Focused Student Recruiter, you'll be responsible for selling educational courses and establishing strong relationships with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). A deep connection to the student community in Sydney is essential, and you'll need to effectively promote our services through social media and events, leveraging your personal network. KPI are part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell educational courses to international students.
- Connect with potential students through your network and social media.
- Welcome students when they arrive and support them throughout their journey.
- Manage social media presence to promote Otto Education Australia and engage the student community.
- Assist students with enrolling in courses and guide them through their first steps in Australia.
- Organize info sessions for new arrivals.
- Handle basic admin tasks.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Your Profile:

- A born salesperson and results-driven, with strong communication and social skills.
- Ability to meet targets
- A social media pro and well-connected within the international student community.
- Natural charisma
- Organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about student service.
- Able to confidently initiate conversations and coordinate events.

Your Skills:

- Sales-focused and target-driven.
- Fluency in Italian (mandatory).
- Excellent English skills.
- Social media marketing and networking expertise.
- Event coordination and community management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Other Details:

- Position located in our Sydney Office (Town Hall).

- Full Time role with annual salary plus commissions.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $134,500.35 per year
