Our client is a leading retailer of welding and industrial supplies, offering a comprehensive range of products to tradies, weekend warriers, and a diverse range of businesses.
**The Opportunity**
We're seeking a Customer Service/Internal Salesperson to join a small cooperative team of 6 at this leading industrial retailer's store based in St. Mary's, Sydney, NSW.
**What you'll be doing**:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide end to end customer service; assisting to identify customer needs and provide solutions. This includes the following:
- Process incoming orders, stock-take & purchase ordering
- Monitor incoming & outgoing product orders
- Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness & organisation
- Use Microsoft Excel for simple spread sheet product lists & calculations
**What's on offer**:
This is a full-time permanent position within a small team, offering an excellent base hourly pay rate as well as cash rewards for meeting and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Mon - Fri 8am - 4.30pm & the occasional Sat paid at overtime rate (approx. once every 3 week - 8am - 12pm)
- $30-$40 p/h dependent of skills, knowledge & experience
- Monthly & quarterly performance bonuses
- Personal product purchases available at cost price
**Skills & Experience**:
- Proficient use of MS Office products; Word, Excel & Outlook
- Sales experience - preferable
- Trade industry knowledge - preferable
- Electrical wholesaling experience - advantageous
- **The right to permanently live & work in Australia**
