**The role**

The Mineral Resources Training System team is expanding and we are seeking an LMS Support Officer to support the ongoing growth for our Training operations.

This role will require a client-centric service approach and will liaise with a varied cohort of users accessing our online Learning Management System, as well as complete basic administrative tasks, to support an efficient and easy user experience.

**Key responsibilities**
- General assistance for users who require to access and use the site
- Basic system administrative tasks, such as maintaining user guides and personal details of users
- Delivering an exceptional and supportive service experience to our diverse group of users
- Navigation of InTuition and +LMS to assist the user experience

**What you will bring to the team**
- Administration experience in a client facing system (such as a Point of Sales system, Learning Management system).
- Diverse client support experience (retail, hospitality, business, or education industries).
- System administration or technical experience
- Previous experience with INX modules beneficial (InTuition, LMS)
- Initiative to undertake and manage independent work
- Working cooperatively: able to follow direction and collaborate with a larger team
- Ability to cater to a range of technical and non-technical system users
- Passion surrounding training and people
