**The Business**

GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) is a national end-to-end service provider for essential power and telecommunications infrastructure. We provide an integrated service for our clients across energy (network and renewable), telecommunication and resource sectors.

Genus Services is an integral part of the GenusPlus Group, providing critical telecommunication infrastructure projects for our clients nationally, across multidisciplined sectors, focusing on turnkey solutions in engineering, installation, commissioning and maintenance services.

**The Role**

The entry level **Project Support Officer** will perform daily administrative tasks and assist with contract administration and resourcing requirements for projects. The position is based in Osborne Park, WA.

Key responsibilities include:

- Onboarding licensed and accredited contractors and acting as a point of contact
- Assisting with the creation, collation and storing of electronic and hardcopy correspondence and documentation
- Managing enquiries and complaints from notification to resolution and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Project support and administration for Survey & Design, Operations & Construction

**Essential Skills / Qualifications/Experience**
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate in a confident and clear manner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A strong and pro-active work ethic combined with a dedicated attitude
- Competency with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
