**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Racing Services Support Officer to join our team in Osborne Park. This full-time, fixed-term role is part of the Racing Services team and reports to the Racing Services Manager.

As a Racing Services Support Officer, you'll provide customer service to racing industry participants, support the Racing Services team, and manage racing industry travel functions according to Racing WA procedures.

**_ A day in the life of this role will include:_**
- Coordinating all operational travel requirements for the essential personnel required for the provision of regional race meetings.
- Managing and reconciling financial transactions related to industry travel functions, in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Providing support to Racing Services Officers with Registrar and Deputy Registrar functions, as required.
- Providing administrative support to the wider Racing Division, including assistance to the Executive Assistant - Racing, as needed.
