**About the Role**

**Salary range: $72,000 - $80,000 p.a + Super**

As the Executive Producer Support Officer, you'll be the backbone of the team, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You'll work closely with the Commercial Operations Manager/Executive Producer to keep operations smooth and communication seamless.

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Manage calendars and schedules to keep the team on track.
- Prepare and print essential documents for meetings and production days.
- Keep scripts, research, and production documents in perfect order.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Operations Team as needed.
- Attend and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support producers, executive producers, and talent with logistics and planning.
- Secure footage and photos from third-party sources and manage the content library.
- Travel to various locations to assist with field shoots.
- Work with internal departments and third-party providers to create content.
- Assist with all channel needs, from pre-production to 'On Air'.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- General knowledge in Live Broadcast systems and content delivery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Experience with cloud-based production and streaming platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Experience with project management tools desired
- Demonstrated experience with video editing software (Premiere, Final Cut) is desired.
- Availability to work on weekends and out of hours as required, including attendance at race meetings
