**THE OPPORTUNITY**
This important role will work within the Student Services team to help support students across their studies to maximise their potential towards the completion of the qualification they are studying.

**Key Tasks include**:

- Acting as the first point of contact, providing high level, professional customer service
- Respond to student enquiries through inbound and outbound calls
- Own a portfolio of students. Build meaningful relationships through quality conversations and establish yourself as the go-to for all their study support needs (studies, payments & career goals)
- Provide a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to your students
- Monitor student engagement, enrolment and academic achievement
- Work to student progression, completion and retention targets, potential to earn incentive bonuses yearly based on performance
- Meeting and exceeding individual KPI targets in relation to stakeholder contact and student success;
- Implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems, to ensure all quality and compliance requirements are met and exceeded within the department;
- Ensuring the accurate and efficient use of systems including CRM, VETtrak and LMS

**ABOUT YOU**
A positive, energetic individual with a can-do attitude who can create and foster close working relationships with all key stakeholders. Strong background in sales, high-level customer service skills and a good working knowledge of supporting students throughout their studies.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to effectively work within a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the RTO/VET sector;
- Experience and proven record of meeting and exceeding targets/KPIs;
- Strong data quality and administration experience
- Highly developed time management and multi-tasking skills
- Comfortable working in systems such as CRM / LMS and Student Management Systems (highly desired);
- Able to effectively engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders with professional communication (verbal & written)
- Ability to handle fast paces and high-pressure situations without compromising professional demeanor and quality of customer service.
