We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, specialising in slow ferment sourdoughs and viennoiserie, using the best ingredients available.

Cobb Lane is seeking an Experienced Baker to join our passionate and motivated team creating beautiful baked goods for the people of Melbourne.

**About You**:
This opportunity is suited for a qualified baker who is looking to work with a supportive team to progress their career. You will:

- Ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in baking
- Have experience with artisan sourdough and yeasted bread
- Have knowledge of natural fermentation and yeasted dough techniques
- Excellent hand moulding skills
- Can work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Positive attitude
