Cobb Lane is an artisan bakery & patisserie located in Yarraville, in Melbourne's inner-West. Cobb Lane has established a reputation as one of Melbourne's leading artisan bakeries, providing premium baked goods to the city's most renowned venues.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and experienced Senior Baker to join our team.

About you:

This opportunity is suited for a qualified baker who is looking to work with a supportive team to progress their career. You will: This opportunity is suited to a qualified Senior Baker who will be working closely with the Head Baker to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Ideally have 5+ years' experience in baking
• Have experience with artisan sourdough and yeasted bread
• Have knowledge of natural fermentation and yeasted dough techniques
• Excellent hand moulding skills
• Can work in a team environment and communicate effectively including cross team communication
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Previous Leadership experience
• Strong Conflict resolution skills
• Positive attitude
