Our thriving bakery located in Yarraville is seeking a passionate and skilled baker to join our team. Our bakery is known for its delicious baked goods, from homemade pastries to artisan breads and custom cakes, all with a sprinkle of Sweden As a baker you will be playing a huge role in our company by ensuring our high quality standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of baked goods, mainly bread and pastries
- Follow recipes and baking techniques to produce high-quality baked goods
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Measure and mix ingredients, using equipment such as mixers, dividers and ovens
- Ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a baker in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes and make adjustments as needed
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Passion for baking and creating delicious baked goods
- Physical ability to lift heavy bags of flour and stand for extended periods of time
