Are you a motivated, organized, and bubbly individual ready to kick-start your career in the dynamic field of administration and engineering? Protection Engineering is looking for a Junior Reception/Administration to assist in daily operations and ad hoc duties within our office.

**About Us**:
Located in Bayswater, Protection Engineering has been providing expert fire protection and safety services to people in Western Australia since 1990. We provide expert fire safety training, installation of dry and wet fire systems, fire system designs and more.

**Your Role**:

- Full Time Position
- Administrative tasks, from data entry to documents preparation, and ensuring our office continues running smoothly.
- Keeping our office supplied and organized.
- Maintain office filing and records.
- Offering general assistance for Administrative Staff, and Operative Teams.

**Your qualities should consist of**:

- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and strong computer skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain order in your responsibilities.
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
- A strong desire to learn and grow.

**Salary**: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
