Job Description**The Client**
A highly visible, high profile finance house with headquarters in Sydney CBD.**The Role**
The Program Release Manager will be working within the data integration team to facilitate and develop integrated release roadmaps and plans for the implementation of a major, complex data solution.
- Working within a 'C' level steering group, the role within this in-flight data platform initiative operates at program level role where you will be responsible for the execution of release plans, including implementation readiness artifacts, submissions for change management requests and obtaining relevant approvals**Mandatory Experience**
- Senior level release management experience within complex environment
- Top notch leadership skills and with a passion for expert delivery
- Solid understanding and demonstrable experience of strategic program release management
- Previous experience, working closely with vendors and major stakeholders
- Experience navigating and delivering to organisational change to realise the benefits of a new technology platform (highly desirable)
- Ability to be quick to adapt
