As an operations manager, you would be responsible for:

- Setting the strategy for, and the delivery of, the Operations function
- Google analytics/SEO (in consultation with external Marketing and Communications advisor)
- Managing organisation’s wellbeing program, training & development program, consultant onboarding
- Assisting with the creation of bespoke client proposals / brochures
- Ad-hoc Administration support
- Marketing and communications functions
- Managing social media communication
- Managing brand. brand strategy and organisation’s website

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Experience in the field of recruitment (desired but not mandatory)
- Strong operation management skills
- Sound understanding of technology
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Well-developed time management skills, the ability to cope under the pressure of deadlines and multitasking
- Ability to work with multiple teams in multiple geographies (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne)
- Solutions-focused attitude
