Operations and Maintenance Manager

- The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of operating services and maintenance services as required by the client and in accordance with the relevant management plans and associated standards**Some key responsibilities will be**:

- Manage a national team of O&M Superintendents, Operations Supervisors, Maintenance Supervisors and skilled workforce to deliver Maintenance and Operating Services nationally.- Work with the contracts Asset and Engineering Manager and Project Controls team to determine, plan, schedule and deliver safe and efficient maintenance and operations in accordance with the associated management plans
- Utilise a national supplier base to support effective delivery of services
- Ensure the team is sufficiently resourced (Labour, equipment, material etc.) to deliver the services
- Contribute to the contract annual business plan development and reporting on current year performance and projected year plans, activities and budgets**On Your First Day we expect you to bring to the team**:

- Relevant technical qualifications (e.g. Engineering, Asset Management, Electrical Engineering or trades experience)
- 10+ years’ experience in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industry acquired through your time at Oil Refineries, LNG facilities, Fuel Terminals or similar site facilities
- Past experience in fuel related operations, Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Delivery, spare parts management and supplier coordination
- Extensive Organisational, staff and workforce management and relations experience
