About the Role
As the Client Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, welcoming service to potential home care clients and their families. You will be required to conduct home visits to explain LHG’s home care services and offerings, promoting the LHG difference. As the main point of contact for admissions and transfers you will ensure a smooth experience for all clients.
About You
You will have the dedication and drive to build strong client relationships while contributing to service growth and innovation. With strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills, you excel in client engagement and communication. Qualifications or experience in a related field such as sales, marketing or health is preferred. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, and familiarity with Home Care Packages and CHSP are highly desirable.
