The Role

We are looking for a Bridal Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can connect deeply with clients, understand their personal style, and translate that into a gown that feels authentically them. This role blends design and creative storytelling - from guiding brides through our modular design system to creating content that reflects the beauty and meaning behind every gown.

About the role

  • Work with ARA modulars and sample gowns to help brides design their dream wedding dress,one that feels authentic to them and ticks all the right boxes.
  • Guide brides through the custom process, explaining design options and basic garment construction techniques to ensure their ideas are both beautiful and technically feasible.
  • Understand each client's personality, style, and confidence level to help them arrive at a design they truly love and feel comfortable in.
  • Conduct all design consultations and fittings within showroom appointments, maintaining a warm, professional, and client-focused approach at all times.
  • Collaborate with the garment tech and production team to ensure design intent is carried through to final fittings
  • Create and capture content that reflects our brand ethos - behind-the-scenes moments, design stories, and client features
  • Contribute to creative campaigns, social content, and lookbook imagery
  • Support in fittings when required, taking notes and ensuring every design detail aligns with the client's vision

What We're Looking For

  • Background in fashion design, garment construction, or patternmaking.
  • As this is a client-facing sales role, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent customer service and professionalism, with the ability to maintain a calm and supportive presence in appointments.
  • Good understanding of patternmaking, fit, and proportion.
