At Disability Living Solutions, we're a fresh, fully registered NDIS provider on a mission to deliver truly person-centred care that empowers people with disabilities to live with dignity and choice.

We're growing fast and need a passionate Support Coordinator who not only provides outstanding support but also helps build our client base. You'll navigate participants through the NDIS, manage client intake, and build relationships with key stakeholders — with incentives to reward your success.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality Level 2 or Level 3 Support Coordination services
  • Manage client intake, onboarding, and ongoing support
  • Build and nurture relationships with participants, families, LACs, plan managers, and community providers
  • Network and promote our services at community events
  • Help develop and improve our internal systems as we grow
  • Be a trusted ambassador for Disability Living Solutions in the community

What We're Looking For

  • Proven NDIS Support Coordination experience (Level 2 or 3)
  • Strong local networks, especially with LACs and plan managers
  • A proactive self-starter who works well independently
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for participant outcomes and growing a community-focused business
  • Experience with client intake or service delivery setup is a bonus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit or experience with small providers is highly valued

Requirements

  • Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Disability Services, or related fields
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check (SA)
  • Police Check
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle access
  • ABN if subcontracting
