How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

As our new Client Experience Ambassador, you’ll be a vital part of the Workplace team. Your role will include:

- Greet all visitors to the Aurecon office in a polite and friendly manner whilst being attentive to the needs of those around Reception and on the phone.
- Ensure clients, visitors and new starters have appropriate security passes, maintain and procure temporary & permanent staff passes and associated personnel headshots.
- Ensure meeting rooms are kept to a high standard of clean and print rooms throughout the office are kept tidy and stocked
- Assist with the coordination of events located at the Aurecon office.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors.
- Generalist office activities such as fleet and maintenance coordination

As well as experience in a similar communications role. Specifically:

- Ability to juggle demands and competing priorities.
- Cohesive and collaborative team work locally, regionally and across different geographies.
- Flexibility in time and helpfulness, ability to think on the go, agility with view of how to we create exceptional client experience.
- Demonstrated ability and comfort to engage with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Adapting to and working around any unexpected changes of circumstances or workload
