We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Growth Manager to join our team and help us grow product usage and adoption in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, and China.

**The Role**
As the Product Growth Specialist for APAC region, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products in some of the most exciting and fast-growing markets in the world. You will work cross-functionally with global and regional product, marketing, sales and account management teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans that increase product adoption and usage. Your ability to translate customer needs and our product strengths into actionable growth strategies and product marketing will be key to your success.

You’ll need to turn data and insights into unique and compelling product messaging and positioning which can then be leveraged across in-app messaging, external communications, and marketing materials to drive results.

The Product Growth Specialist APAC is a member of CTM’s Global Product Growth team and works collaboratively with stakeholders based in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the US and UK. The role has no direct reports.

**About You**
- **Experience**: 3+ years of product marketing, product growth, product management, or digital marketing experience, preferably in the travel industry, ideally with a proven track record of driving product adoption and growth in APAC markets
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to present ideas with confidence and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in Adobe design and video editing tools is desirable.
- Experience with Pendo Analytics is desirable.
- Strong time management skills
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously across regions and time-zones
