**The Role**
This purpose of this role is to execute on and implement the Digital Media strategy for APAC markets, with support from other internal team members and external partners.

The role’s primary objective is to utilise all available and prospective paid digital media channels to grow the short-term and long-term sales and customer count contribution of Digital Media in APAC markets.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with Digital Media leaders and team members to implement and execute the Digital Media strategy and tactics in APAC markets with the goal of consistently maximising incremental customers and sales each week from Paid Digital Media to support business growth objectives.
- Work with local marketing teams to effectively deliver the digital marketing campaigns and initiatives in alignment and support of local promotional strategies. Ensuring these initiatives are activated and optimised effectively to deliver incremental sales contribution.
- Work with other departments such as Legal, Security, Finance, Technology on projects and initiatives that are driven by cross functional teams.
- Engage with media and agency partners to execute and optimise and digital media campaigns.
- Partner with reporting and analytics partners to understand effectiveness and channel impact on sales.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Hands-on experience in implementing large budget and multi-channel Digital Media campaigns (platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360 or equivalent) that effectively drive incremental sales.
- Experience in implementing performance-focused Digital Media campaigns and retail activity to deliver both short-term and long-term sales growth.
- Experience in implementing test and learn practices in digital media channels and reporting back on results.
