**Position Summary**:
This role supports the growth of Microsoft AI Business Solutions focussing on Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform revenue in the APAC region by enabling technical skilling, sales enablement, and solution adoption. The Business Manager works closely with the Manager of Microsoft Alliances APAC and other Pax8 business groups to execute go-to-market plans, provide technical expertise, and maintain strong vendor relationships. They coordinate with internal teams and Microsoft stakeholders to deliver impactful enablement programs, partner offers, and product updates, ensuring alignment with overall regional strategy.
This role can be based in Australia or Auckland, New Zealand.
**Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to)**:
- Collaborate with the Manager of Microsoft Alliances APAC to execute regional go-to-market activities for Microsoft AI Business Solutions focusing on Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
- Manage enablement programs for sales, support, and solution engineers, ensuring technical readiness and confidence in Microsoft AI offerings.
- Partner with Microsoft sellers and Pax8 teams to monitor pipeline trends, providing actionable recommendations to improve partner engagement.
- Maintain and update internal and external Microsoft AI Business Solutions collateral.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for Microsoft AI Business Solutions operational issues and process questions.
- Coordinate with Product Operations and Vendor Strategy teams on product updates, pricing adjustments, and integration changes.
- Support the development of partner offers and programs focused on Microsoft AI Business Solutions stack, including Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
- Deliver technical updates and product information to internal teams and partners, ensuring awareness of innovations and new releases.
- Participate in Microsoft + Pax8 events and trainings, providing technical enablement and support for partner-facing activities.
- Track and communicate the effectiveness of marketing development funds (MDF) initiatives.
**Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies**:
- At least four (4) to six (6) years of related experience in Microsoft Sales, preferably in IT Channel Sales, including;
- Two (2) to four (4) years of technical sales or consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI Business Solutions, SaaS offerings, and the Microsoft Partner ecosystem.
- Understanding of channel sales strategies and the Microsoft Partner Network.
- Proficiency in facilitating technical training sessions and partner enablement activities.
- Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build partnerships and work cross-functionally to deliver results.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, technical intensity trainings, and presentations.
