We are BJC Health, a specialist clinic in Sydney that is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while supporting our team's wellbeing and mental health. We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Practice/Office Manager to lead our clinic and support our practitioners. This is a full-time position at our Parramatta clinic.
**About the role**
As the manager, you will be responsible for the daily running of our clinic, managing our reception staff, and ensuring that our patients feel cared for. You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with our two other clinics and virtual team.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Manage face-to-face, phone, and online client interactions
- Manage the reception and waiting room
- Manage client billings and transactions
- Provide administrative support to our practitioners
- Manage the daily office tasks
- Lead, train, and manage casual and permanent reception staff
**Attributes required**:
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Medical reception experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Desire to continuously improve
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office products and Electronic Health Records (EHR) software
- Genie Solutions PMS experience
- Certificate IV in practice/business/medical administration
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
**What we offer**:
- Competitive salary package: $70k to $90k package including super, plus a continuing education allowance
