**What will your new day look like?**
- Maintain the reception area and greet customers with a smile
- General reception and office administration duties including answering incoming calls and coordinating appointments.
- Accurate data entry and assist with maintaining electronic and written records, handling incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
- Assist with bulk correspondence and mailouts to tenants in regard to rent reviews, rent arrears and other tenancy related matters.
- Maintain adequate stationery and consumables including bathroom and kitchen consumables, and such common areas and amenities are kept clean and maintained.
- Assist, as required, with the organisation of meetings/events including setting up/packing up, food preparation, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

**Some important things you will need to begin this journey**
- Experience in a business/support office role.
- Great administration skills and attention to detail.
- Awareness of the social and community housing sector services and principles (desirable).
- Work experience in social, community or housing services sector (desirable)
- Strong communication skills and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Commitment to delivering an excellent customer service experience.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Are a self-starter who is organised and able to prioritise;
- Love collaborating and working in a team.
- Possess a current Driver's License
- Willingness to obtain a National Criminal Record Check
- Willingness to obtain a NDIS check.
