**About the Role**

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage the end to end recruitment process for assigned business units;
- Manage and provide advice and strategies for employee relations matters;
- Manage the change process for restructures and operational changes;
- Provide advice regarding development of new or changes to position/s;
- Facilitate Induction for new starters;
- Assist in preparing HR policies and guidelines.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Essential - Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Business/Employee or Industrials Relations or 3+ years’ experience in HR
- NSW Drivers Licence (Class: C)
- Strong knowledge of NSW Local Government State Award & other relevant legislation
- Ability to navigate a political environment and adapt to a fast paced and diverse working environment
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and a constructive contributing team player.

**Position details**:
Permanent full-time role, S0946 Salary: Starting From $105K per annum + Superannuation
