**About the Role**
Do you have a track record of cultivating a high performance culture? We are seeking a well-versed HR professional to partner with Senior Management, their leadership teams and employees to foster a high performance, values driven culture, and provide high level advice and solutions across a broad range of human resources, learning, and wellbeing and safety matters.
**What you will be doing**:
- Manage, develop & implement HR strategies, policies, systems, procedures & initiatives aligning with overall business strategy.
- Oversee, review and maintain performance, training & professional development, Health & Wellbeing frameworks.
- Advice on all Human Resources employee relations(ER) and industrial relations (IR)] matters, wellbeing and performance coaching:
- Provide expert advice on management, attract, develop and placement of talent that drives high performance.
- Oversee and manage Worker Compensation matters and liaise with relevant stakeholders on legal matters.
- Provide strategic advice to Council and Senior Management.
- Implement HR and Health & Safety systems and advice, analyse, implement, monitor & recommend improvements and actions to address concerns.
- Prepare, monitor & review Workforce Plan responding to integrated planning & reporting requirements.
**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related area of study;
- Substantial proven experience in a Senior HR managerial role with demonstrated experience in ER & IR issues [10+ years];
- Exceptional change management, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage, motivate and negotiate;
- Actively contribute to building a high performing organisational people culture and model;
- Current Class C Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence
**Position details**:
Permanent full-time role, CN0046, Salary Package Circa $214K per annum inclusive of Superannuation and Car Allowance
