Through growth We are seeking Trainers to deliver on the Job training all through out Sydney to work with our preferred RTO Partners.

If you are a qualified trainer or looking at becoming qualified this is the job for you

You will be working and liaising with business owners and students to organize training sessions with the support of the HR Team

With Great Team support and Flexible Hours YSP Business leads most trainers and assessors on a contract, Full time or casual basis.

Your Role will include the following:

- Preparation
- Lesson planning,
- Delivery of training,
- Assessment work
- Reporting and
- Administration

Trainers are sought for the following courses and programs:
Certificate IV in Leadership and Management

Certificate III in Business

Certificate III in Retail

Certificate III in Hospitality

Certificate IV in Hospitality

**Criteria**

All trainers and assessors must meet the following criteria or work towards them:

- Hold aTAE40110 and have also completed TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 or completed TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a higher-level adult education qualification. We can assist with RPL
- Hold one or more of the industry qualifications listed above, or have industry experience. Both would be great. We can also assist with RPL
- Have recent experience, or have maintained industry currency in the business, retail or hospitality sectors
- Have participated in activities or professional development ensuring a solid understanding of current VET practices and requirements
- A drivers license or access to transport
- Working with Children’s Check and police check
